1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mumukshu website and placing a preorder, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Preorders and Pricing
The discounted preorder price is valid only during the promotional preorder period. By placing a preorder, you are securing your copy of the game. Final shipping costs and applicable taxes will be communicated and calculated closer to the shipping date.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Mumukshu is currently slated for launch around October 2026. While we strive to meet this target, unforeseen delays in manufacturing, quality assurance, or logistics may occur. We will keep you regularly updated on the progress and the estimated delivery date.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, mechanics, rules, and artwork related to Mumukshu are the intellectual property of RJ Industries and Sahilraje Shirke. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
RJ Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or the purchase of our game. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the preorder.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bharat. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
